π± We will provide a warranty if customers report product defects within 24 hours from the successful delivery.
π± Warranty conditions: Customers must provide a video of unpacking the package (with the package still intact) and a clear video showing the product's defect.
π± Any support or warranty will be provided in the form of a replacement plant; we do not offer warranty by reducing the order value.

The plant is dead, rotten, heavily damaged, and unable to recover.

Packing error: failure to provide insulation, resulting in plants being frozen.

Packing error: insecurity causing severe damage to the plant, unable to recover (package still intact).

Packing error: Delivery with insufficient quantity of plants.
π» Replace with a new product of equivalent quality.
π Send a new order immediately when similar products are available in the warehouse or combine it with the customer's next order. Leafia pays for the shipping cost.

Delivery delay leading to yellowing leaves and plant death.

Crushed. Damaged packaging resulting in crushed plants.

π Customer Note: During the delivery process, the product may encounter certain conditions that are not covered by the warranty policy.
With TC:

Some of the inner leaves may turn yellow (1 or 2 leaves). These are older leaves in the plant's growth process within the flask and do not affect the quality of the plant.

The flask may have slight contamination, which does not affect the quality of the plant when planted.
With Mature Plants:

Leaves may have yellowed edges, slight tearing, or scorching of the variegated part during transportation.

Return/Exchange cost: The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Defective/Unhealthy products: Customers must provide clear information, including photos/videos showing the issue, the condition of packaging, and proof of purchase.
